As required by the DWR's approval letter and as described in the approved Deed Restriction
document attached please find the following for the subject project:
1. Copy of the signed and recorded Deed Restriction dated October 7t", 2015
2. Copy of the signed and recorded Plat Map dated October 8t", 2015

3. Copy of signed and sealed legal description dated October 2, 2015 for the three areas (1,
2 and 3) shown on the Plat Map
4. Select site photos showing the various locations within the buffer restoration and
installed protective signage
5. A photo points map showing the locations of these photos
As we discussed we've installed our vegetation monitoring points and performed our initia
vegetation counts for this year (Year 1). We'll put together our monitoring report in the
upcoming weeks and get it in to you for your records prior to the end of the year.
