Good morning Zach! Thanks for taking my call. I understand you have received the responses provided to you and
you intend to begin review late this week after you work through some other projects.
Julia, this is a follow up to my voice mail. Please let us know if you need anything else from our team.
Asa reminder to all parties, this project is very criticaIf or OWASA's infrastructure due to the age and condition and
history of repairs. We recognize and appreciate your efforts to provide comments and feedback to date and we
aim to be responsive to your needs so that we can keep this project on track for OWASA.
I've copied OWASA's PM, Andre Miller, on this email so that OWASA is up to speed with communication.
Please let us know if there are other items you need in order to process the permits.
Thanks again!

3i. 'Total jurisdictional ditch impact in square feet:
S1 impact is required for access to sewer line for installation of temporary flow -through connection to existing
sanitary sewer. The disturbance area will be restored with native material. S2 impact will result from the temporary
excavation required for the sewer line replacement installation. The disturbance area will be restored to existing
conditions following construction. Currently this section is lined with rip rap. No additional rip rap will be placed
outside of the existing footprint. S3 impact will result from the removal of the existing aerial sewer line and existing
concrete piers. The stream bed will be restored using native material. New piers will be located adjacent to the stream
channel, above the OHWM. No permanent stream impacts are proposed.

Importance: High
Hi, Anna,
Thank you for checking in. I am in the process of reviewing. I did just notice that you did not include an updated PCN.
Please update and send the PCN Section D Proposed Impacts Inventory to include the revised Temporary and
Permanent stream impacts. Currently, your updated plans indicate all stream impacts as temporary. If any riprap is
placed below the OHWM, then that is a Permanent No -permanent -loss stream impact. Bank stabilization impacts are
generally classified as follows: if there's riprap in a new footprint anywhere (even extending outside of current riprap
footprint), that will be a Permanent (No -permanent -loss) impact. If the locations where riprap overlaps existing riprap, it
could be a temporary impact if removing the old riprap and replacing new riprap in that same footprint. If piling more
riprap on top of existing riprap it would be a Permanent (No -permanent -loss) impact.
Please indicate each quantified impact type as a separate entry and include explanation of each. You can send a revision
of your original PCN or you can just recreate the section snip seen below in an email response and I will edit it into your
PCN I have on file.
