Subject: RE: [External] OWASA - Morgan Creek Interceptor Replacement project - Critical
project to prevent SSOs -
Good Afternoon,
I am working as quickly as possible to get through my current list of applications and additional information responses,
as they are reviewed in the order received.
I have been compiling and reviewing the information received during the site visit 1/25, the information received via
email 1/26, the response to my RFAI received 2/8, the additional information received on 2/15, the information
discussed during my phone call on 2/19, and the USACE provisional information from 2/22 to ensure that I have
everything that I need to move forward.
I will reach out with any questions that may come up during my final review. I hope to have this one finished up soon.
Thank you,
Zach Thomas

Dear Zach,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Andre Miller, the OWASA Project Manager for the Morgan
Creek Interceptor Replacement project. I am reaching out regarding the submission of responses to your
comments on February 8th, based on a field walk that occurred on January 25th.
As you are aware, this project is of utmost importance to our infrastructure due to its age, condition, and
history of emergency repairs in the project area. Some of these repairs have resulted in sanitary sewer
overflows into the creek. Given the critical nature of this project, OWASA has already bid and awarded the
construction to Park Construction. However, we are unable to commence construction until all permits are
finalized.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could take the time to review the project and let our team at McKim &
Creed know if you have any further questions or require additional information. Your input and cooperation are
invaluable to us as we strive to move forward with this critical construction project.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Andre Miller, P.E. , MSci.
