Dear Mr. Eplin:
Access to the eDMR online submittal portal has yet to be approved for the ITEC — Monroe Facility.
Although measurable rainfall events were recorded at the site, no discharge was observed at the outfall
during any rain event for any of the 2023 quarters. Please see the attached four Stormwater Discharge
Monitoring Report Forms indicating no discharge was observed from the outfall of Pond #1 for the year
of 2023.
