I have been reviewing the application for the new waste ponds at White Rock Dairy. I have a couple of questions.
• 1 do not see the Nutrient Management Plan. Was it submitted by another person? Please provide the NMP
along with the land application maps.
• Is the plan still to proceed with just Waste Pond #3? If so, will there be additional submittals to support Waste
Pond #2? It wasn't clear to me if the additional information would be for submission for funding (not DWR) or if
there was to be additional submission to DWR in addition to the submission for funding.
