Describe the outfall point in detail using information from the application and site visit.
Outfall will be located on applicants property. Discharge point will be on top of bank with rip -rap stabiization and
ariation before entering a surface water channel. The channel appears to be piped underground.

RO Recommendation
The RRO does not object to upgrading the existing failed facility and the issuance of
