I am sending this email as a follow up to our conversation yesterday. As indicated on the call it is my husband and my
intent to come into compliance and make all the requested changes outlined in your letter.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances including the sudden illness and death of a close friend we were not able to
complete some of the requested work in the latter part of February.
We are arranging to remove the large overgrowth of bamboo in backyard so that we can get access to the septic tank for
pumping, conduct a visual review of the discharge outlet and easily add chlorine tablets to the chlorinator.
Additionally we will plan to send in the requested map. I did attempt to pay the outstanding balances for the
delinquent years yesterday but kept getting an error message that the invoice numbers (2015PRC11030 and
2016PRC10651) were invalid. I will try again.
Thank you for your patience as we take the necessary steps and submit the evidence of a properly maintained system.
