Regarding `ADS310740, Victory Farm', the lease agreement is part of an NUP Amendment (see attached `Pages 40
to 47from 33 - Victory Farm Combined Submittal Package.pdf for reference), and we've confirmed that the
current farm owner (Hilton Agribusiness, LLC) didn't lease the additional property in that amendment and will not
seek to lease that property, so the amendment should be removed/released. Please let me know if you need
anything else to complete the additional information needed for this farm; if desired, I can put this response into a
formal letter. Thanks.

Responses stated that the required update Nutrient Management Plans and irrigation maps would be submitted
separately by the permittees/owners.

• ADS310740, Victory Farm received on 12/27/2023
• ADS310750, Brice/Usher received on 12/27/2023
I have not yet received this information. Attached are the second requests for Additional Information for these
three facilities.
