continuing nature, not related to operation and/or maintenance problems, and you anticipate remedial
construction activities, then you may wish to consider applying for a Special Order by Consent (SOC).
Email communication with follow-up <1.0 CFU/100mis fecal sampling results was received from your ORC on
April 171, 2023. MRO staff noted a resample for Total Ammonia should also have been conducted. No further
