Hello Dorothy,
Do you happen to have the inspection for WQ0015489 scheduled yet? I’m going to reply to Ms. Mundra later today and
let her know that I can have the draft permit ready relatively soon, but we’d still be waiting on the staff report before I
could send it over to her. So just let me know what your timeline is, if you have one! Thanks. Hope your inspections are
going well today. : )

Hi Mr. Thornburg,
This is Pamela Mundra with Century 21 Triangle Group. I am the listing agent selling the property located at 5317 Old
Weaver Trail on behalf of Geanne Rodrigues. We currently have an offer on the property but we can't move forward
until we have the name change completed and the septic permit renewed. According to the letter that was sent with
the previous permit the renewal application was supposed to have been filed by January 2, of 2024. When we reached
out for guidance we were told to submit the name change first and not the renewal application until after we get the
name changed. We have the renewal application ready to submit as soon as you want us to. I am reaching out to
confirm we are following the correct process and to see if you have an idea as to when the name change and renewal
processes will be complete. We were also wondering if there is anything we can do to speed up the process.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in reference to this matter.
Sincerely,
Pamela Mundra
