Fayetteville Regional Office Staff, Bailey Taylor and Tabytha Smith met with Joe Imhoff onsite to assess the site for recision
of the NCG140000 permit. The facility is no longer opperational and there were no industrial activities taking place at the
time of inspection. The site is vacant and there was nop material exposure at the time of inspection. The site conditions are
adequate for recision.
