I have reviewed the representative outfall status request and I am unable to approve that. SDO-Alt and SDO-001
are both in tier III status and ROS cannot be issued for outfalls in tier status. In addition,we have not received any
of the required notifications due when in tiered status. Notification for tier III was never provided along with the any
of the additional required documentation for both outfalls. For these reasons the ROS request is denied and the
facility is not in compliance of their stormwater permit.These deficiencies are cause for a notice of violation and
must be addressed immediately
