The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Moyodc Commons
WWTP on 2/29/2024. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with
the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0O15053. The findings and comments
noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance
Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

A routine compliance site inspection was performed on 02/29/2024 by V. Herdt w/ WaRO - WQROS. Also onsite during
inspection was Rod Holley (ORC) and James Slade (Back up ORC, Grade W-1)
The WWTP and infiltration basins is maintained as a backup for the Moyock Reg. WWTP (WQ0035706).
On the day of Inspection Moyock Commons WWTP was compliant in regards to Permit# WQ0015053.
