Mr. Boss:
In regard to the NOV--2023-LV-0931, we offer the following explanation: The system
experienced what we think was an illegal dump. The effluent tamed brown with a low pH
and higher than normal TSS. Owners pumped the aeration, clarifier, and chlorine contact.
This is above and beyond our normal pumping. After pumping, the system returned to
normal and does not appear to be an ongoing problem.
