Dear Daniel,

This letter is written on behalf of the Trillium Links & Village LLC to provide
information as to remedial action taken to the above referenced facility.

As outlined in your 1-3-24 letter, we exceeded a daily maximum on 9/6/23 for BOD with
17.9 mg/l over the 7.5 mg/l limit. We also exceeded the monthly average for BOD with a
6.6 mg/l and Ammonia Nitrogen 4.19 mg/l over the limits of 5 mg/l and 3 mg/l limits
respectively.

These exceedances occurred the first week of September after a long Labor Day weekend
with incoming flows to the WWTP twice the normal flow. Our operator has made
adjustments to the membrane suction rates and has lowered the MLSS levels. These
adjustments have improved plant performance.

We suspect the membranes may have become damaged. We will continue to monitor the
membranes and adjust as needed to comply with permit limitations.
