Good afternoon,
We are responding to NOV-2024-LV-0062, which we received via postal service today, for permit number NC0049620.
The violation date is 11/2, 11/15 and 11/30 of 2023. Maintenance will continue to rake the sand on a regular basis to try
and help with filtration. We will have the tank pumped next week and pump more frequently if needed. Keith Webb,
with McGill, has the plans prepared for replacement of the sand filter treatment plant. The ER report has now been
submitted and plans are pending approval by the State. Once approval is received from the State, Mr. Webb estimates
we will have a contract for the project within 120 days.
