Hi Jordan,
Thank you for your response and for reuploading the corrected monitoring report. DWR officially
approves the Kittrell Hill MY4 monitoring report.
As a note, while the corrected individual stem height and vigor tables are slightly more legible, there are
still 6 plot tables on each page. In future reports, please make sure that a maximum of 1-2 plots be put
on a single page with either 11pt or 12pt font.
Please provide confirmation of bond renewal through next year's monitoring period. DWR approves a
20% reduction in bond amount to $40,000. Once DWR receives your bond renewal, we can proceed
issuing the credit release for this task.

Thank you for your comments. Find Eco Terra's comment response as follows:
1. Thank you for the kind words.
2. Additional language has been added to Section 4.3 to satisfy this requirement.
3. Good catch. Revised.
4. Tables were resized to aid legibility. Will increase table size and resolution in future reports.

The updated Kittrell Hill MY4 report has been uploaded to the portal. Let us know if you have any

DWR has completed the review of the Kittrell Hill MY4 report and has the following comments:
1. Overall, this site appears to be in good condition and on a good track. Thank you for
including individual stem heights in this year's report.
2. A requirement for an easement boundary check to be performed every year was
included in the BPDP but does not seem to be included in this monitoring report.
Respond to this comment with the Year 4 easement boundary check. Even if no
encroachments are found, make sure this information is explicitly included in the report,
either as a stand alone subsection in section 4.0 or as part of section 4.3 Visual
Assessments.
3. The cover page incorrectly states that the report was prepared for the Division of
Mitigation Services, while the second page correctly states that the report was prepared
for the Division of Water Resources - Nutrient Offset and Buffer Mitigation Program.
Please make sure that all reports correctly identify the recipient.
4. The height and vigor data for each plot is extremely small with the text barely legible. In
future reports please only put the data from 1-2 plots per page, rather than all 17 on 2
pages.

above along with supporting documents if required.
Once DWR receives a response to the comments above, issuance of monitoring report approval and
