Burt Jordan was present during the entire inspection. The inspection noted the septic tank, sandfilter, and chlorinator tubes behind the apartment units. The caps on the tubes could not be easily removed to see if tablets were present. The outfall pipe was located and effluent was discharging to a tributary of Tinkers Creek. The effluent was clear and no odor was detected.
