The Town of Seaboard received these notices of violations for late/missing NDMR and NDAR
reports for the month of April 2023. The town was in the process of changing over to being able
to submit the NDMR and the NDAR reports electronically. As of May 2023, the Town was set
up and able to submit the NDMR and the NDAR reports electronically and there have not been
any issues with the town mailing in late/or missing reports. The Town would like to ask for and
would appreciate amendments in these matters.
