Ms. Manual,
The Town of Seaboard received a notice of violation for Chloring use for the month of June
2023. Chlorine use was only added during the time of spraying on the fields. The town has had a
contractor working at the Wastewater Treatment Facility rehabilitating several items for several
months. Several of the pumps and meters were not working properly. This is the reason why the
Town was not adding Chlorine each week. The pumps and meters have been replaced and now
are working properly. The Town would like to ask for and would appreciate an amendment in
this matter.
