Tank Farm Remedial Action System Dear Mr.Butcher, Please see attached for the groundwater monitoring report associated with Injection Well Permit #WI0700012 and the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. This report includes the sampling and reporting requirements of the above referenced permit as well as the reporting requirements of the Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. Enclosed are a) piezometer level monitoring field sheets, b) the operation and maintenance reports, During this monitoring period maintenance was required on the pre-filters for the injection system,resulting in planned downtime during the month of December for the manufacture to complete. PCS PHOSPHATE-TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN UARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS November 2023—January 2024 The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen(14)withdrawal water wells located on the north side of the Tank Farm Area. Iniection Water Well System The injection water well system is operated with mine depressurization water(DPW). Daily operational data is collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
