Please see the attached permit for 533 Bible Shore Road and the application for a Change of Ownership. The general
maintenance requirements for this permit are listed on page 10 of the permit. For the application, please note that we
need the signatures of all property owners for page 2: if there are two people on the deed then we need two signatures.
If there are seven owners on the deed then we would need seven signatures (though luckily I haven't encountered that
so far). Any property owner can sign the final box on page 3.
Looking at the existing permit briefly, it seems to have a tablet chlorinator. This is usually a black box containing two
white PVC tubes sticking about a foot up from the ground surface in the backyard. Sometimes there may be no black
box, and just the two PVC pipes. Those are where they will place chlorine disinfection tablets, and I can provide more
guidance on that if needed. If the homeowners can locate that, then they should be able to walk in a straight line from
the chlorinator away from the house to find the spray irrigation area. It should be fenced off and will have spray heads
sticking out of the ground which turn on periodically.
