Mrs. Brittany Cook,
Thank you for taking time to address my questions regarding the eDMR reporting on Oufall 001 for the Omnova
Monroe, NC site. As discussed on our phone call although there is a historical record of"Outfall 002" in the stormwater
documentation but no official "Outfall 002" per the recognized permit NCG050303 that was renewed on 06/01/24,we
will report only the analytical results sampled from Outfall 001 in eDMR. We will also continue to monitor this outfall
both quantitatively and qualitatively as the outfall for the site.
Thank you for helping verify this data in your system against our documentation that NC DEQ provided in the NC DEML
Stormwater Permit Summary.
Thanks,
David Marzec

Ms. Sanford,
Good morning. I attempted to upload our analytical results for the 15Y time in eDMR last week and found out that the
profile that is setup for our site only allows for one outfall. Our permit has two outfalls for our site. I read through the
instruction manual and tried, but cannot add an outfall to the reporting platform.
Who is best to contact regarding this matter as I am still within my reporting window but need to resolve this issue. I did
not see a POC for the eDMR on the webpage.
Thanks,
David Marzec
