As discussed in the field yesterday, the wetland at Site 33 needs further cleaning of sediment as soon as is practicable. Site 7 looks good. Let me know when Site 33 has been cleaned and I will schedule a follow-up visit. Regarding the culvert riprap issue at Site 27, the permit plans I have on file do not show a riprap energy dissipater pad at the culvert outlet. Please forward a copy of the plansheet that shows that detail. As far as the inlet sill is concerned, it was my understanding that DOT will provide a plan in a few weeks describing how DOT intends to improve the perched sill conditions. I believe we discussed some sort of backfill behind the sill for "X" distance (either a concrete ramp or riprap and natural channel material) that will allow aquatic passage during low flow conditions.
