GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
Permit for Columbus Regional HealthCare is due for renewal on 3/15/2026.

SNC INFORMATION:
- This SIU exceeded the limits for Copper and Zinc in May Sampling. Resampling was
requested for the limits exceeded.

- This SIU was compliant for this PAR year.
Waste Reduction Activities:
The City of Whiteville has contracted recycling services with Waste Management. Waste
Management provides recycling for plastic, glass (green, brown, and clear), aluminum,
newspaper, magazines, and curbside pick up of lawn debris.
Our Industries themselves participate in several waste reduction activities. These are
outlined on the following pages.

Users that were in significant non-
compliance (SNC) wlUt national
pretreatment regulations, 40 CFR
Part 403, and state pretreatment
regulations, 15 NCAC 2H.0900,
and local pretreatment regulations
during the period of July I and
December 31, 2023,
Terra Nova Solutions -Toluene/
Xylene/Naphthalene
Terra Nova Solutions investi-
gation revealed their source of
Toluene/Xylene/Naphthalene
violations were due to Improper
cycling of filter media. Adding
another source of media for the
reduction of petroleum contam-
inants In the treatment process
