Thank you for the email and clarification. I did not see the prior email. Please see my replies inline and
attachments pursuant to your follow-up.
Are you only installing rip rap? If so, I need the amounts for above and below. What you have provided me
on your application and sketch don't equal the same amount. Sketch says 4'*92.57 for a total of
370.28sgft below pool/ 6*92.57 for a total of 555.42sgft above pool. Your application states 560 above 460
below. We are recovering the existing dock and deckwith like for like materials with no change to size or
shape and doing riprap. I apologize for the bad math. We are doing 4' below and 6' above the length of the
property line in the back. The sketch should be the source of truth as the plat/survey had the exact
measurements of the length of the property.
2. Are all other features pre-existing, ramp, upper deck above water (I believe I see that in the photos) and
then steps to upper deck? I see the upper deck in the photos. There are the pre-existing features upper
deck, ramp, steps. These can be seen in the total plat as seen attached from the county GIS in .png.
3. You will need to sign the attached Catawba Buffer Notification Form and if you have an agent working on
the project, I will need you both to complete the Agent Authorization form (Both attached). Attached in
.pdf, please note we are our own agent.

On Thursday February 291" I sent an email requesting the following information in order to complete my review of
the above mentioned project.

Now that the fee is shown as paid, staff can work on it. There area number of projects ahead of it on the MRO's list
but I'd estimate that they'll get to it in the next couple of weeks. Once we issue the certification, then it can be
shared with Duke.
