THIS DEED, Made this day of May, 1959, by and between CLYDE T. HINSHAW and wife, ALLIE B.
HINSHAW; and SETH B. HINSHAW and wife, MARY EDITH HINSHAW of Guilford County and State of North
Carolina, hereinafter called Grantor, and THE TOWN OF SILER CITY, NORTH CAROLINA of Guilford
County and State of North Carolina, hereinafter called Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other ,
good and valuable considerations to him in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has given, granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does give,

BEGINNING at a point on Rocky River at the mouth of Loves Creek and running thence,

with W. J. Hackney and Clyde T. Hinshaw; thence a new line with the said Hinshaw i-1

easterly direction approximately 1,600 feet to a point in the Wade Barber line;
