Attached is DWR's inspection report for Sites 33 and 7. As discussed in the field yesterday, the wetland at Site 33 needs
further cleaning of sediment as soon as is practicable. Site 7 looks good. Let me know when Site 33 has been cleaned
and I will schedule a follow-up visit.
Regarding the culvert riprap issue at Site 27, the permit plans I have on file do not show a riprap energy dissipater pad at
the culvert outlet. Please forward a copy of the plansheet that shows that detail. As far as the inlet sill is concerned, it
was my understanding that DOT will provide a plan in a few weeks describing how DOT intends to improve the perched
sill conditions. I believe we discussed some sort of backfill behind the sill for "X" distance (either a concrete ramp or
riprap and natural channel material) that will allow aquatic passage during low flow conditions.
