ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS/ATTACHMENTS (Optional / If Needed) Groundwater samples were collected and analyzedy the Division of Water Resources Analytical Laboratory. Sampling log forms and laboratory results are attached. No constituents were found at concentrations above the available soundwater standard (I5A NCAC .02L) or interim maximum allowable concentration. Constituent concentrations in influent and effluent samples were essentially the same, with the exception of iron, which was not detected in the influent, and was detected at 100 ug/1 in the effluent sample. A detailed inspection and sampling letter will be prepared for the permittee. Well was covered by a fiberglass "rock". Influent and Effluent pipes were labeled in the field based on pictures from previous inspection and observation of their operation.
