In response to your 3/1 voicemail regarding the Fulbright Laboratories Brownfields Property NPDES Permit NC0090140,
discharge under the permit has not commenced due to property redevelopment schedule delays. Please note that this
is a new facility and, as indicated in the permit, "the first DMR is due on the last day of the month following the issuance
of the permit or in the case of a new facility, on the last day of the month following the commencement of
discharge." I've attached a copy of the permit for your ease of reference.
I have cc'd Bo Cappleman (H&H's Project Manager for this facility). Please let us know if you have questions or need
