Section 1001 provides a punishment by a fine of not more than $25,000 or imprisonment not more than 5 years, or both, for a similar offense.) 3 of Form-0 11112 Sludge Management Plan for Lake Norman Woods WWTP The Lake Norman Woods wastewater treatment plant is a W W-2 facility that serves the residents of the Lake Norman Woods subdivision. Due to its small size, sludge and solids removal happens on an as -needed basis. This typically occurs three to four times annually. When solids accumulate in the secondary clarifier, they are pumped by a local septic tank company, typically Lentz Septic in Statesville, and disposed of accordingly.
