1987: proposed w/ Secondary limits recommended; "Discharge should be piped away from shoreline to assure adequate mixing with
mainstem river flow. MRO has recommended quarterly monitoring for N & P. Technical Services concurs."
1992: Permit revoked for failure to submit and pay for renewal. Upon reissuance, facility received BPJ lake limits, (i.e.15 / 4) due to
DMR•s WS classification, ability to meet, and consistency w/ other lake dischargers. Nutrient monitoring was also recommended.
DMR's indicate facility only discharging for last year or so... wasteflows well below Permitted; reference on Streamline form.
GODS and ammonia violation January, 1994.

5. Directions to Site: From the intersection of SR 1835 (Molly's
Backbone Road) and SR 1885 (Monbo Road), travel east on SR
1885 0.8 mile and turn right on Palomino Lane. Travel to the
end of Palomino Lane and turn left on Marina Lane. Travel 0.1
mile. The entrance to the WWTP is located on the left side of
Marina Lane.

requests: The facility has requested that nutrient monitoring
be dropped. It is recommended that nutrient monitoring be
dropped due to the size of the WWTP. Nutrient monitoring
should be re -instated upon expansion at or above 0.050 MGD.

Subdivision.
