Please consider this our request for a renewal of our permit which expires on July 31,2000. This permit is for a 20,000 gallons -per -day package plant which requires periodic sludge disposal. The waste sludge is collected in a tank built within the plant and is removed as necessary by Robert's Septic Tank Service of Maiden, N.C.
