Pace Analytical is committed to providing high qualEty and on -time resuhs with exemplary sar+lice to our
clients. This aforementioned project was received in cur Raleigh location on 1014123. 'Field pH' was Crossed
aff the chain of custody. Asa result' pH was not analyzed in the laboratory.
We have investigated this situation arld identified that natations on the chain of custody confused the lag in
staff. The prffjact manager did not, catch that pH should have been reported on this weekly sampling either.
To prevent future recurrences, it is recommended that a preprinted chain of custody provided by Pace be
tncluded that oll requests *.hat a €aboratory pH is to be analyzed- This will help eliminate any confusion by
tha Pace log In staff. With future bottle orders, there will be a pre-printed CO included
