GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
• Corrections for the Program Info sheet are: NPDES permit date 1/1/2024, NPDES Expires on
3/31/2024 and Last Pretreatment Audit was 9/19/2023. Next Pretreatment Audit year 26/27.
• All other dates and information on the Division's Pretreatment Program Information Sheet are
correct.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
• No permits lapsed or expired prior to renewal
SIU INFORMATION:
Mars Petcare (IUP # 0011, Pet Foods)
SNC and other INFORMATION
SIU Inspection was completed in 2023.
SIU was not in SNC this PAR Year.
Please note on the IDSF form that: Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium, Lead, Mercury, Nickel, Selenium,
Silver, Molybdenum and Ammonia were listed as not required for the 2nd 6 month period because
our LTMP annual monitoring requirements for these parameters were met in the " 6 month period.
