FACILITY SUMMARY
Pruitt Health- Sea Level LLC operates an extended care facility with a private system sending 100%
domestic wastewater to the Pruitt Health WWTP nearby. The Pruitt Health WWTP is a minor facility (flow
< 1 MGD) with a design capacity and permitted wastewater discharge of 0.014 MGD. This facility utilizes
the following treatment components:
• influent pump station
• manual bar screen
• equalization basin w/ aerated flow
• flow splitter
• dual (2) package plants (0.014 MGD) extended aeration units, [0.007 MGD each with extended

RENEWAL SUMMARY
This renewal contains the following changes:
• Added the facility grade to A. (1.).
• Updated the eDMR parameter codes in the effluent table in A. (1).
• Updated the A. (2) Permit Re -opener condition language.
• Updated A. (3) to reflect current federal requirements for Electronic Reporting of Discharge
Monitoring Reports.
COMPLIANCE HISTORY
Pruitt Health WWTP has had no enforcement cases since 2009. The facility has been issued eight NOVs for
Enterococci and BOD limit violations and one NOV for BOD, Enterococci, Ammonia and TSS monitoring
violations during the previous permit cycle.
Most recent inspection (December 2021) showed the facility to be in compliance, but maintenance repairs
were needed.
