As discussed, please see the requested additional information below. Please provide a complete response within 30 days of receipt of this email. Please note that your application will be considered "on -hold" until a complete response is received. 1) In the PCN Section D.1, you indicated the stream impacts will be 636 linear feet of temporary impact for restoration/stabilization. Please note that even impacts that will result in overall ecological uplift such as the ones proposed for this project are considered "permanent" impacts. Temporary impacts generally include impacts such as those required for construction access or dewatering during construction that will be returned to pre -construction conditions and contours once construction is complete. Please revise the PCN form to include all permanent impacts, including restoration, enhancement, and bank stabilization. 2) If any temporary impacts (e.g., dewatering devices, temporary crossings, etc.) are required outside of the permanent restoration improvement area, please denote and quantify these impact lengths as well, both in the PCN impact table and in the site plan/exhibits. 3) If any modifications to the existing roads proposed for construction access are required that would impact the wetlands or other surface waters (e.g., road widening, culvert replacement or removal, etc.), please include these impacts and quantities as well. 4) It appears that the proposed stockpile area between the existing construction access road and the wetland is very close (less than 30 feet) from the wetland edge. Please provide additional information and/or figures on how you will prevent any loss of stockpiled/fill material into the wetland, or revise the site plan to relocate the stockpile further from surface waters. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or wish to discuss.
