I will need you and the owner to complete the Catawba Notification Form. Attached 2. 1 will need you and your agent to complete the Agent Authorization form if you have another party working on your shoreline stabilization. Attached 3. 1 will need you to complete a sketch of your shoreline project includingthe length of the shoreline that you are wishingto stabilize and the depth of the rip rap above the normal pond level and the depth of the rip rap below the normal pond level See attached Shoreline Stabilization application to complete your sketch. You willjust need to follow the directions in #12 and complete the sketch on pages 2 and 3. 4. If the work will be completed by land, you will need a temporary access corridor. DWR allows for a 10' wide temporary access that must be returned to its natural state after construction. This would be 300sgft in Zone 1 and 200sgft in Zone 2 for a total of 500sgft. Please include this on your sketch. Your project will be considered ON HOLD until I receive the requested information.
