Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project: The septic system has been intentionally designed at the front of the property, with the house situated as close as feasible to minimize any further impact on nearby wetlands. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: The septic system will utilize a Brunswick bed system, significantly reducing its footprint by 50 % compared to a conventional septic setup. Furthermore, the design has been restricted to accommodate up to 4 bedrooms, a measure that satisfies the requirements of the Albemarle Regional Health Services for permitting the project without a repair area.
