Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application: Residential lake house with adjoining dock and boat house Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): We are repairing the existing swim dock that adjoins the existing boat house. The existing swim dock is unsafe and not properly secured into the lake bed. We have had an engineer and architect propose a plan for the minimal needed pylons to support the load of the deck. At total of 11 x 2'x2'x20" concrete footers in the lake bed to support the lumber pylons that hold up the deck. The work will be done on the dry lake bed while the water is down for the repair season. 8. How will the work be done?* From Land From Water 9. We're simply re -building an existing swim deck to the same specifications over the water directly beyond the seawall. See page three of the engineer and architect plans attached.
