GENERAL INFORMATION General Program Information HWA, LIMP, IWS, SUO, ERP, and Permits are up to date. All dates on the Division's Database Program Info Sheet are correct and all points of contact are correct. A copy of our Program Information sheet is enclosed with corrections. General Permit Information The Town of Benson has one Industrial User,the"Chicopee, Inc., Subsidiary of Berry Global, Inc.". Their permit is current and has not lapsed or expired prior to renewal,nor have they changed their name. No new permits were issued for new SIUs. Chicopee is not characterized as a Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) Industrial User and received no violations within the past year. Therefore, a public notice has not been issued. The monthly sampling data did not exceed any limits set by Phase I of the IUP's 2022-2027 permit. The Historical SNC report was not provided this year due to the decommissioning of the database that maintains the SNC information,File Maker. B. INDUSTRIAL USER INFORMATION Chicopee, Inc., Subsidiary of Berry Global, Inc. OUP # 0001, Plastic) Industrial Users in Significant Non-Compliance Information Chicopee was not in SNC. Chicopee continues to be conscientious about complying with their permit limits. No violations were made in 2023 and,therefore,the Compliance Judgement Summary for SNC Form has been excluded from this report. Orders and Schedule Information Chicopee was not under Administrative Orders,Consent Orders,or Compliance Schedules of any kind during 2023. Pretreatment(AtoC) and Construction Information The industry did not make any changes to warrant construction. No AtoC was issued. Significant Industrial Users with Missing Data There is no missing data. Other Information The HWA renewal was submitted to DWR on September 25,2020,and underwent three revisions:the first revision was submitted to DWR on October 11,2021,the second revision was submitted to DWR on January 11, 2022, and the third revision was submitted to DWR on February 22, 2022. As of the date of this PAR, it is still under review. Therefore, on the attached Allocation Table,the date for the "Headworks last approved" is given for the 2015 HWA, which was approved on September 24,2015, and the date for the "Allocation Table updated" is given for the most recent revisions to the HWA renewal that took place in 2022 (February 22, 2022). All other data on the Allocation Table is reflective of the 2022 revised HWA renewal.
