Subject: As -Built Report for Wetland and Stream Restoration on the Aberdeen
Creek Mitigation Site, Moore County, TIP Project No. B -3680, USACE
Permit Action ID: SAW- 2001 - 01373, NCDWR Project # 12 -0040
Dear Mr. Williams,
Per USACE Permit Special Condition (7) and NCDWR Permit Conditions 8 -14,
please find enclosed the B -3680 Aberdeen Creek As -Built Reports. These as -built reports
consist of wetland and stream restoration completed on the B -3680 Bridge No. 2 over
CSX Railroad on US 15 /501. The Division 8 Resident Engineer responsible for
administering the contract has certified that the site was constructed according to the
construction plan sheets, with any exceptions noted in this As -Built Report. Due to
seasonal planting limits, the streambank reforestation has not yet been completed. It is
scheduled to be completed in the winter of 2015 -2016. This completion date will be
included in all future monitoring reports.
The following information has been included as part of the As -Built Report: 1)
Stream Restoration Locations, 2) Wetland Restoration Locations, 3) Reforestation and
Detail Sheets, 4) Photo Point and Vegetation Plot Locations. The site will be monitored
as described in the permit requirements.
