Please find enclosed for your review the annual pretreatment report for the period
January through December 2023. My one SIU is Ashe County Cheese. Their flow
consists of wash-water after the whey is pumped to an onsite tank. The whey is hauled to
agricultural fields by the SIU. The four NOVs issued last year did not cause any upset to
the WWTP, as they have a relatively low daily flow. All my information on EOY
mailing is correct.
