Thank you for your email dated November 9, 2007 concerning additional fill to be installed on
this site. As you know, the Division issued an approval for fill of 0.028 acres of isolated wetlands on
February 28, 2002. It my understanding that this fill has occurred and that there are no remaining
wetlands on your property. You have requested to place additional fill on top of the existing fill with no
more impacts to wetlands or streams (neither isolated wetlands nor wetlands subject to 404 permitting).
The Division of Water Quality has no objections to placing additional fill on top of the existing fill as long
as no more wetlands and waters are filled and as long as all the conditions in our February 28, 2002
approval are still complied with.
