FLOW EXCEEDS PERMIT ALLOWANCE. The pipes are so rusted that there really is no good place to hook up a chlorine pump. Area Manager has a quote in to replace the pipes. Just waiting on approval
from facility owner. There is no chlorine pump connect at this facility.
