Subject: Pretreatment Annual Report (January — December 2023)
Pretreatment Staff,
The purpose of this letter is to report to you the conditions of our pretreatment program
for the January - December 2023 monitoring period.
SIU's (Significant Industrial User's)
'rhe town currently has two SIU Gardner Glass Products (Permit # 0001) and Johnston Casuals (Permit
# 0002). Gardner Glass Products tested a total of 53 times with no violations and Johnston Casuals was
tested 2 times with no violations. Neither SIU is in SNC for this reporting period.
There have been no changes in either SIU treatment process. Johnston Casuals permit went into effect
on October 1, 2020 and will expire September 30, 2025. Gardner Glass Products permit went into effect on
October 1, 2022 and will expire on September 30, 2027.
