Narrative Summary
Reporting Period: January 2023 — December 2023
General Information:
General Program information:
During the reporting period, the POTW did not modify any of the Pretreatment
Program Elements. The POTW received approval from the State to extend the due
date of the Headworks Analysis to June 30, 2024. A copy of the "Pretreatment
Program Info Database" is attached with no corrections.
General Permit Information
No modifications were made to the Industrial User Permit issued to the Significant
Industrial User.
SIU Information:
1. Daimler Truck, IUP #0001
Significant Noncompliance (SNC) Information:
No SNC Events.
Other information:
During the first compliance period, Daimler exceeded the daily maximum
permit limit for BOD and TSS. The exceedance resulted from an unscheduled
sampling event conducted by the POTW in March. Follow-up sampling
conducted by the Daimler and the POTW indicated compliance with the
Permit limitations. In accordance with the Town of Cleveland Enforcement
Response Plan, a Notice of Violation was sent to Daimler. Daimler has
upgraded its flow meters to be more user-friendly. Programing and
maintenance for the sampler was performed during the reporting period.
The POTW completed the required sampling and monitoring and annual
inspection.
