Lagoon. Facility is still operating within permitted limits.

Please summarize any findings resulting from this review: Violations in BIMS were failure to report data and
late NDMR and NDAR submittals. There were no limit violations over this permit cycle. During the site
visit it was discussed that all data needs to be reported and on time.

IV. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
Eco Lodge and Sea Base are two buildings that have been constructed with a septic tank and pumps added to
each building. WaRO has requested an Engineers Certification for these recently added septic tanks.
