Turbidity may be monitored at the Stormwater Discharge Outfall. Alternatively, the permittee may choose to monitor turbidity in the receiveing water, directly upstream and downstream of the discharge. 4Only facilities discharging to SA waters are required to monitor for Fecal coliforms.
