Yes,the waterbodies are the same. Please see coordinates in Degrees/ Minutes/Seconds below.The outfalls are being
removed, because the previous outfall locations were established before Republic Services acquired Santek
Environmental. During this transition,the SWPPP was drafted in accordance with the 2021 Permit update.The Permit
Summary Report was reviewed and determined to not accurately reflect site conditions; therefore, outfalls were
updated.The permittee is currently working through eDMR accessibility issues. Please let me know if you have any other
questions.

Has the permittee started reporting data through eDMR yet? If so,we are unable to remove outfalls. What is the
reason these outfalls are being removed?
Also, please provide us the latitude and longitude in degrees/minutes/seconds format,which is how we must enter
them. (This will ensure there is no discrepancy with rounding when the reports are run for you all to confirm them—
that's when they are translated into decimal degrees format). We want to make sure we enter the coordinates exactly
as the permittee wants them.
Are the waterbodies all the same as the outfalls already on this permit?
